West Chester Kia is conveniently located, and their Inventory is great for new cars. The Sales team is very friendly and helpful. I didn't have a great experience with the managers. I was able to get an appointment on time and a test drive. Great showroom too.

Ive bought a lot of cars over the years through dealership close to 20 at this point. Was working with 3 different dealers on a car when somehow my info came across their desks. Got a call and that led to a test drive. Strictly a test drive. As i was getting ready to leave to talk to the wife they made me an amazing offer on the new xpro telluride. One of the other dealers who had been very competitive called me while i was there. I sent them the info and they said they couldnt beat the deal. The team was super nice, transparent, friendly, and willing to make a deal. One of the easiest less "sales pushy" experiences ive ever had.
