Kia Service Center - Felton

This was my first time visiting this dealership at their Felton location. I have a 2024 Telluride that I brought in for warranty work and an oil change. I dropped it off the night prior for an 8am appointment. I called at 330pm since I never received a status call. During the call I asked them to confirm that my oil change was completed. They told me that the car was being washed at the moment, they did not have the warranty parts, which they ordered, and that the oil change was never done because they forgot. They asked me to give them 1 hour to get it done. An hour later, I paid $100 for the oil change, but noticed the car was never washed. They said they forgot. When I got home my husband checked and my oil was never changed and my fluids were never topped off. So good luck to anyone ge

First time in 10yrs of dealing with the service department that I am giving a negative rating of 2 stars. Both myself and a customer before me were getting oil changes nothing else. The service tech? told both of us that because of over booking it will take longing then usual. The service tech gave us the option of rescheduling but neither of us were in a position to do that. The service tech told us someone schedule 36 appointments instead of the normal 18. After 2 and half hours and 30 minutes after the woman before me left I went to check on my car and I saw it on the lot where completed repairs are placed. Absolutely terrible service department and mechanics are not educated in their own vehicles. After a diagnostic test, they said it was the battery, then the starter , then the alternator, then I will probably need a new motor. Took it to a real mechanic shop and it was a fuse . A FUSE !! They had it for 6 weeks and never touched it !! The mechanic who fixed the problem, had it for FIVE MINUTES!!! I encouraged Felton KIA to reach out to me but didn't. Wasted too much time and money on their scam . Dirty business practice. Business ethics are not a goal they are interested in or fixing your vehicle. Stay away.

I can't say enough about the car buying experience on Friday September 27th. The salesman Bruce Woods was awesome as well as the GM Eric and Corey Branagan who took care of the paperwork quick and efficiently. I love my new Kia Sorento!! I highly recommend dealing with these gentlemen at Felton Holly Kia!!

Easily the worst service center I’ve taken my Kia to since owning it. The communication is terrible and the service I needed was never provided. After multiple visits and many dollars spent, the two issues I needed fixed are still occurring. No type of support or resolution offered. They offered me to keep bringing it in so I would spend more and more money. Never got a call from the general manager or service manager like I was promised. Time and money at this place was just wasted. I took my car to a different service center and the technicians said “I don’t know what they were working on but it wasn’t anything close to what the issue was”. I will NEVER bring my car here again. One visit at a different service center and both problems were resolved and my car runs like a dream. Avoid thi
