Very good experience. Booked appointment a day before, and the issue was solved within couple of hours. I booked service with KIA OF WILMINGTON days before deciding to go here. I am soo glad i went to westchester, long drive but worth it 100%. Avoid wilmington and go here, thanks me later. Look for Pete as advisor.. fantastic guy

Brought in my kia ev6 to service due to clunk noise from front axle when braking. Waited 2 hours then service manager told me they heard the noise but couldn't fix it. Told me they will send a message to corporate, told me I can leave the car there for undefinite times but offer no loaner or uber credit for me to get home. When I asked more questions, SM said I didn't bought my car there (in other word, I don't give f to fix your car even you're under warranty) left with my car, then call them couple days later, nobody picked up the phone left a voice mail but no return call. Owns 3 tesla, was going to give other ev a try but this will be last. First time over paid above msrp for a Kia or any other car. I will never buy another Kia.
