I was recently traveling from Buffalo to Coudersport and had a cracked rim and my tire would not hold air. I was able to get my car serviced with the help of Kathy Easton and the parts department. Kathy was more than helpful. She coordinated with Parts and Service and the tire warranty company. She was able to fit me in the NEXT day and I had a new rim and able to enjoy my weekend. She managed to get the job done in less than 24 hours. She is efficient, friendly and has a great sense of humor. An employee to be commended and appreciated. Excellent overall experience at Knightlingers. Rory was very proffesional knowledgeable and able to pinpoint what I was looking for in a vehicle. He moved us through the process from beginning to end making the buying experience enjoyable while keeping us with in our budget helping every step of the way from beginning through the paper work with Abe to the purchase and final details and operations of the truck and how it work. He gave access to his cell phone to help expedite any issue we had to finalize paperwork and answer any questions that we had during the buying process. He even transferred some heavy items from our trade in vehicle to the new truck which was greatly apprecated as I am disabled by knee issues. Worst customer service ever. Bought a 2015 truck at the end of december. Couple weeks later started having problems. Truck has been in there shop for 2 weeks now, nobody returns my calls, nobody has told me what is wrong with it. I'm really disappointed. Spending 30k there was good for them. Guess next time I will buy from another dealer.ok this is how I got my truck back after 3 wks. Rim is faded from break dust big scratch dent across headlight n fender. Dent on cab corner. Muffler blowed out. It's time to talk to my lawyer. Service department thought it was a big joke.
