I love this place! Not only are their prices VERY fair, but they also get it all done very quickly AND efficient! The communication through text msg is also very convenient for me. At first i was a little concerned if they'd be able to do work on my Volvo. But after I had my service once done at a Volvo dealer, I'm only sticking now with Kill Switch! Not only did it save me a fortune by now, but I also trust them more. Besides that, I NEVER have to wait long to get an appointment. A couple days out or even the next day, Kill Switch is always trying to fit you in! 10/10 points!

Ivan got me in very quickly, and repaired my water pump on the spot for safety reasons. I also had an engine mount replaced at a later date. I appreciate how genuine and down to earth Ivan and his staff are, and I can tell that is the energy between him and other customers that come in there while I've been waiting. I trust that my vehicle will be well taken care of, and that only necessary repairs and maintenance will be recommended for repair, without unnecessary upselling suggested just to turn a profit. Top tier mechanic work at an extremely competitive price. You might have to wait a week to get your car in, but there’s a reason for that. It’s worth the wait, the customer service is what you want it to be, and there’s never any issues with the work done to your vehicle. 10/10 recommend.

Ivan is an old friend and though I wish we had our dealings under better circumstances, he took great care of us when our transmission failed in Greeley. From helping us choose his shop as the tow destination, to keeping us updated through the process, he was in full contact throughout the process. The warranty offered on the repair is really what sold me on going forward with it. I hope I don’t have to use it. I’d definitely recommend Kill Switch Automotive to anyone.
