I had an absolutely great experience with this towing company! The man who helped me was professional, kind, and really took care of my car as if it were his own. He made a stressful situation so much easier, and I couldn't be more grateful. He did an amazing job from start to finish — quick response, smooth tow, and great customer service. Highly recommend!

On our way home tonight the drive shaft of the truck broke. I called Kilpatricks wrecker service at 8:16pm and Brandon answered right away. He was there within 15 minutes and had the truck loaded and ready to take wherever we needed in less than 5 minutes, and it was affordable.

So, as a woman driver I parked a little too close to the bank of the Illinois River. To my utter surprise, (not really a surprise considering I have a two wheel drive), I dug myself to the frame in loose gravel. First time doing this, I called other towing companies which were charging $800 and up. I decided to call this one since my friends knew a friend, you know the drill. Not even 45 minutes after calling they arrived, assessed the situation and got me out on loose gravel. I was surprised they didn’t get stuck, but super grateful to these guys!

Excellent service! He arrived super fast and was the only company that actually answered our call and came. Even though it was late, he still came out and helped us. His prices were very fair and affordable, and he truly went above and beyond highly recommend!
