I cannot understand how this place has such good reviews because the service I received does not mirror that. Long story short I had a transmission rebuilt by them and they ended putting the torque converter in incorrectly and needed to get rebuilt again. This was fine as it was under warranty but still annoying. I then received my car with massive damage to the paint and clear coat on the front bumper like it was shoved under another car. After driving for ahwile I come to find out these geniuses didn't bolt the transmission to the rear mount. I am also missing 2 bellhousing bolts which is just unbelievable. Completely horrible and unprofessional shop and when i asked about the front end damage they had me wait in the lobby for 30 minutes for the "boss" which never showed up. They are so

They worked on my 2001 Lexus they will rip you off they Jack my transmission up they are crooks they put the wrong motor mounts in my car I need a hydraulic motor mounts. They almost caused me to have a wreck they did not screw down any of my parts breaks they left it so I could get in a car wreck I should have sued but thank goodness the heavenly father had my back. These people are horrible and they laughed at me I'm disabled they took advantage of me my transmission light is on and they are wicked. Please be careful going here they will take your parts off your car they are horrible people.

I was disappointed in my service here. I have an 00 Sierra 1500 needed transmission rebuild. Brought my truck back here 3 times because it had gard shift from 1st to 2nd on original transmission. They had it for 3 days and then when I got it back i had the exact same symptoms. Brought it in 2nd time and they said they "cleaned" it, which did not fix. 3rd time they had to have it another 3 days and found out it was bad torque converter, isn't a new torqe converter part of the rebuild? I feel like they tried to rip me off and use old tq. It has over 290k miles of course everything needed to be gone through. I drove all the way from Phelan because people said it was a good shop.
