Kimball Service Center

My daughters and I were heading back west from a cross country road trip with my vintage Aladdin travel trailer. After noticing my trailer wheel dust cover came off and the grease was burning hot, I stopped at Bretts shop to have them take a look. The bearings, wheel drum etc were all shot. I left the trailer there and headed back west with my girls. After a lot of research and phone calls it was decided that the only way to fix my trailer was to have a whole new axle built. After quick work he called to let me know it was ready. I drove back last week and picked it up. Upon arrival, Brett did everything I needed to get the trailer hooked up to my truck assuring I would be safe and proper back on the road. Was traveling on I80 eastbound when the check engine light came on in my 10 year old Toyota Venza. Stopped at the Service Center and asked if they could read out the error code. They were super helpful, a friendly mechanic plugged in a tablet and determined that the problem was likely a faulty camshaft position sensor since the car had been running fine. I asked him to reset the system and was on my way again a few minutes later. No further problems on the remaining 1400 miles to get home. Best of all, they did it free of charge.

I had some tire issues on my trailer on my way out West. I stopped in, these guys had my trailer tires replaced and had me back on the road in minutes! Super friendly, nice guys to deal with. Not sure when or if ever Ill be back in Kimball Nebraska again, but if I do and have tire issues these guys will be my first stop!

I was traveling from Salem, OR to SE Nebraska towing a travel trailer. Along interstate 80 I had trouble with my brake system in my Ford F150. I did make it to a rv park in Kimball, NE. The next morning, I took my truck into this service center. They ran a diagnostic on it, but found everything in working order. Did not charge me anything for their time. I have had no problems with the brake system since reaching SE Nebraska. I would recommend Kimball Service Center!
