Bought a car from this dealership, and day 1 found that my fuel filler neck was leaking. Kimballs took care of it immediately and was extremely responsive throughout the process. Another issue occurred shortly after getting the vehicle back, and once again it was handled in a timely manner with great communication throughout. No one is perfect, but Kimballs will seemingly do what they can to make their customers happy. Would recommend 👌
The worst car dealership ever! Bought a 2008 subaru outback through this garage, and I was lied to the entire time about the car I bought and went 3 thousand miles before needing to replace the engine! Plus car shouldn't of been on the road in the first place, my rear breaks were rotted right out!!! And car developed bad suspension problems within a week of buying the subaru.. wouldn't recommend buying a car from this garage.. worst place to buy from!
Not impressed. Sold my son a car with Un- inspectable item. Check engine came on within two days. Promised, Promised, Promised, no delivery on promise. Took the car back and returned half my sons money.
Been going here for years. Great garage. Hard to find these days - friendly and honest.
Best place to buy and service a vehicle!!!!
