Excellent and transparent service. I came in with a damaged bumper thinking I would need to replace the whole thing. Mike helped me discover that I only needed the grille replaced. He wrote up quotes for replacing the whole bumper or just the grille. The quotes were very transparent about material and labor costs. Mike was very easy to work with between ordering the parts and bringing the car in to have them installed.

I want to give a shoutout to Mike and the guys at Kimber auto for working on my Subaru WRX and getting some OEM brackets installed so I could add a roof rack. They were professional from start to finish, taking the time to discuss the install and ensuring everything was done right. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they kept me informed throughout the process. Mike even let me pop by in the evening when the headliner was dropped so I could take a look at the components. Plus, they went the extra mile to tackle something the dealership wouldn't touch (which if the dealership did, would charge 3-4 times the amount for). Overall, I highly recommend these guys for any car-related needs. Thanks!
