Quality work performed. We brought in a vehicle that was backed into that had both surface and interior damage to both doors on the passenger side. They provided an initial inspection and estimate without opening the vehicle doors. After a couple of weeks, they opened the doors and observed additional damage and increased their estimate by 70%. We approved the additional cost, understanding that there was perhaps some damage they did not see during the intake. They then increased their final amount by 18% because during the second estimate, they did not know that some of the clips were not designed to be removed necessitating the additional cost. So overall, quality work and the costs are well itemized on the estimate and invoice, but don't rely on their estimates.

After my first accident with a deer I had severe front end & passenger side damage. Kincaids came recommended from a friend. When I called & spoke to Paige she mentioned their turnaround was 2 months if parts were available. My car was towed to their shop June 22 and I picked up on July 21. I can’t express how thankful I am for the turnaround & consistent info Paige was always willing to share with me. They worked well with my insurance company, Gieco. The car looks amazing!

This was our second run-in with a deer and we went back to Kincaid Auto Repair. They were busy so we waited several weeks, but it was definitely worth the wait. Initially our insurance company insisted on after market parts. Neither the folks at Kincaid nor we were happy with the way the pieces went together. Kincaid contacted our insurance company again and were able to get OEM parts. The car now looks terrific!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the body work at KARS! First, Bill, the owner, is great to deal with. He's very personable, and a pleasure to talk to. He's very clear in what needs to be done and how he'll do it. There is no extra built into the estimate. Second, the work was done on time and within the estimate. He used the highest quality materials and it shows. Third, the work was outstanding. The paint all matched perfectly on the car. The hood/fender Lines matched perfectly all the way front to back. You can't tell there was ever any damage. If you want the highest quality work at an affordable price, this is the place! This is business as it used to be, and still is, in a small town!
