Called every transmission shop in Ft Worth/Cleburne area and Brad at Kincaid was by far the most helpful. He took time out of his day to explain everything in detail to me and to ensure that I got the best price on the parts we needed to get the job done. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for quality work and a quick turnaround time. They had the parts shipped in overnight and had my vehicle running within 3 days.

I wanted to thank Mr Kincaid for the wonderful service he provided. I am from Tennessee and was visiting my husband in Dallas Texas. We were in Fort Worth when our car started acting up. We looked up shops near us and found Mr Kincaid's. It was almost closing time and he offered to help fix our car so we could get back to Dallas. He took the time to explain what was wrong and even had his son pick up the parts for us and then fix it. He was very kind and the service was exceptional! Awesome service!! Had to have my transmission rebuilt and they did an awesome job for a great price. When I got my truck back it started acting up but not transmission related and Brad took the time to help me out and get me back on the road something he didn't have to do with or asking to be paid. Very respectable guy and the guys working for him were very helpful as well!!
