Kinder Tire & Auto

Kinder Tire and Auto has been absolutely amazing! The past few years, I’ve called at the last minute needing tires for my daughter’s car (because she had a blowout on a Friday). They stayed after hours, replaced her tire w a new one, and then ordered the remaining 3. They put them on Monday. Recently I have had to bring a Honda Accord (for many repairs needed), a BMW, and a Ford F150 in for all different reasons. They were kind and helped w everything needed. The customer service is out standing!! Every employee is well mannered and attentive, and I feel they ALL truly care about customer service. I try to always shop local and keep business within the community!! I would recommend them 1000x’s over to anyone that needs service. If they can not fix what is needed they will refer you out to

My trip there was for a bad fuel pump, they had to order it from the dealer, it came in a few days later and had it back running the same day and cost was reasonable.

While traveling through Kinder, Louisiana pulling our fifth wheel, a tire blowout damaged the RV. Thank you to Charlie, a kind local area resident who helped us in our time of need. Charlie is a good example that people in Kinder are kinder. He directed us to Kinder Tire & Auto, a vehicle repair business, and spoke with Chad about the work needed. Chad assured us the work could be completed in two days. He gave us comfort that the job was in good hands and he definitely was right. Gabe worked on the electrical repair and did a fantastic job. I was on a road trip traveling through Kinder. I noticed my tire was almost flat. Air was leaking from my valve stem. I pulled into Kinder Tire and Auto. I told them I was from out of town and they got me right in. 30 minutes later, my tire was fixed. The cost was super cheap. This place was great.

If I could give them a lower score I would. Horrible customer service and paid $180 for nothing a fuse to be changed and my car still wouldn't crank left me on the side of the road a mile down the road. Had to beg them to send someone to look at my car to see what was wrong showed up the next day because I needed my car to go to court. I was told I had to wait until they worked on three other vehicles first even though I called them at 7 when they opened. Then I had Ken proceed to tell me to get off his property and he wasn't working on my car so I spent 180 on what. Don't waste your money at this establishment they obviously don't care about paying customers.
