Kindermans Auto Repair

I came in for an inspection. I had to wait there with my 2 babies. I would say that Kindermans is definitely hospitable to their customers, even offering to give a courtesy ride home while thwy work on the car, and having snacks and coffee in the waiting area. Thankfully, the secretary was very nice as well offering my 1 yr old to choose a toy that she could go home with and giving her some crayons that she could use for the time with the multiple coloring books they had available for children waiting. They also had some toys that kept my 1 yr old well entertained throughout the time. I like that they take pictures of anything they find. Their pricing is very reasonable. They had even given me a break down of things they recommend me getting repaired in the future, and also gave me a price

A bit on the pricey side, but they get straight to the point! Several ways of paying including payment plans, which is definitely a plus and their text/ online system is the best I’ve ever seen. No back and forth over the phone, just straight to the point!

Expect premium service with absolute transparency and no funny business . Have spent quite a few dollars there but I have peace of mind when I leave and I’m provided free inspections quarterly and have an up to date guide of what does or may need service categorized by importance and severity .
