I took my car to kindle 1/13/26 for a alignment and a recall, around 1pm I received a call stating the technician driving my car backed into another customers car damaging mine. Upon hearing of this i headed down to the dealership, after reviewing the damage they still made me pay $150 for the alignment but they also sent the car off to be repaired and gave me a rental in the meantime which was nice. Upon receiving the car back my keys weren't working so I assumed the battery died no biggie I go to the store buy a new battery and it turns out they took the key battery out of my key? Why? i have no idea, when I got the car back from being repaired I noticed my dash camera was unplugged for some reason (after collision work) even though all that was being worked on was the trunk?
