Kineged Baltimore Auto Glass, Windshield Repair Replacement. All Vehicle Glass Repair Baltimore Auto Glass

This is the worst place ever. Few months ago I replaced my Tesla model 3 Windshield.They came and installed the windshield but they did crack on my top glass. I called after bad arguments they came and brought wrong item which was bad material.finally they installed top glass as well. I complained again the fitting is very bad . They never came back neither picked up my call. After 2 weeks I was driving on highway my windshield was started bubbling and top glass flew away. Barely I saved my life. Very very bad experience with them. some pictures to show what the result came up

My new go to for my autoglass needs. I had 2 apointments with one of the big autoglass chains canceled because they couldn’t get my windshield. The tech at Kineged did a great job with the installation and my vehicle was just as clean as when i dropped it off but I was even more impressed with Marria the office manager who was very friendly and helpful, confirmed they could get it the next day before confirming the appointment. She was also very knowledgeable of the entire replacement process.

Amazing service! I am very pleased with their service. They gave me an appointment right away to replace my car window. They were significantly cheaper than the other few companies I got an estimate from. Fast Quality service! It only took them 20 min to replace my window, and they have a cute little waiting area. From start to finish Kineged was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, very easy to deal with. Highly recommend them.

6/2023 I contacted Kineged earlier today as I needed my windshield replaced due to a large crack and they were located close by. The owner initially told me that they would pick up the glass and come out the next morning. However, I got a call later on this afternoon stating that the glass was already picked up and they could take care of it TODAY (same day). So, Eli and Matt came out and took care of everything promptly and they were friendly and courteous. The new windshield looks great and the price was very reasonable. I truly appreciate their efforts and excellent service. I would definitely use Kineged again and recommend them to others!!! ***Update 3/28/24 I had a new crack in my windshield and replaced it a second time through Kineged. I can definitely say I am very satisfied with the results. My windshield looks better than when I purchased from the dealer. Kineged team is very knowledgeable and helpful.
