Sometimes it's not how perfect things go but how you are treated when things don't go perfectly. Josh is the King of customer service. Had some issues with installed radio, he worked with manufacturer, Got it right and was very thorough to make sure we were happy. Great place. Thanks

only one word to say: "IRRESPONSIBLE " never answer phone, never get back to you, never did the work promised...wasted my time 3 times driving (35 minutes) to the store because never answer the phone and gave an appt to install lights in my car, when i got there he was too busy couldn't do it, gave me an appt for next day after waiting 30 min told me he ordered the wrong one, 3 weeks later i am still waiting for him to call me to tell me something or to be ready to install...NOT happening i already got it done with someone else...very irresponsible i wish i can talk to a manager about this...business is business take care of it!
