King Brothers Collision - Redford

Phenomenal!!! Phenomenal!!! Phenomenal!!! I can’t say enough good things about Kings Brothers Collision. My car looks absolutely amazing! I was in an accident with a deer, and the entire right side of the front of my car was completely destroyed. They fixed it in just seven days — and somehow made it look even better than when I first got it! The only issue I had was with communication. I wish they had kept me more updated throughout the repair process and given me a heads-up when my car was ready. I had to call in myself to find out, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, the customer service was great, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I’ll 100% be coming back in the future. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because of the communication

My insurance company recommended this place after someone hit the rear end of my car while I was grocery shopping. This place is the BEST! Ashleigh was in contact with me the day after the incident and kept me informed of everything. I was informed via phone, text and email of when the claim was filed, when the parts were ordered so I can bring the car in for repairs. I brought my car in on a Monday and it was done by Friday! This was not a bump out job, the whole rear bumper had to be replaced and the car repainted. The price was much lower than I expected, and the work is guaranteed through the ownership of the car. There car looks brand new again. Bonus: The car was cleaned INSIDE and out!! (It really needed an inside cleaning). Kudos to the Receptionists as well, very friendly as prof

Everyone in the office was great. Seemed to be much more informative than the insurance company. Vehicle was done faster than I thought. Not that my truck was a mess, but it came back cleaner than I left it. Inside and out. I think they even wiped down my 50’ extension cord. Would recommend them to anyone.

Took my car to King Brothers Collision for some minor auto body repair and had a great experience. I was presently surprised when picking up my car that they not only cleaned the outside after the repair, but the inside too! My car looked brand new, inside and out. The staff was friendly and informative throughout the process - special thanks to team members Matt & Ashleigh for all of the help. I would definitely recommend King Brothers Collision for any auto body repair / collision repair.

Recently had my Chevy Malibu repaired. From the customer service at the front desk to the time of pick up my experience was amazing and informative. Continue doing great work ! My Car looks brand new. 10/10 Highly recommend
