I could not recommend a better dealership. We drove 2 hours to look at a couple SUVs that I was interested in. George Gioldasis met us outside. He was VERY respectful and patient while my husband and I walked around the WHOLE vehicle and inspected everything. When it came time to start the financing part he had such amazing patience with my horrible anxiety. He listened and understood everything. While waiting for Mark to run all the numbers the owner came over and had a great talk with my husband and myself. I explained the reason for needing a new vehicle and he listened and was very nice. King's customer service was wonderful. Unfortunately, our 2017 Buick Enclave experienced a severe malfunction as we were driving along I-95 heading north. We pulled off the highway and were able to make it to King Cadillac Buick GMC. Austin Lewis and his service team tried the best they could, but in the end the repair was not economically viable. So we checked their lot and found a 2021 Buick Enclave that met our needs and decided to buy it. Danny Turner (salesman) was a pleasure to work with, and Jack Pawloski (business manager) streamlined the buying process for us. At all times, we were treated pleasantly and fairly. We are most grateful to the King Cadillac Buick GMC Team for taking such good care of us.
