King George

We were hired, contracts signed and in hand, to help fulfil their contract obligations with the government only to have our invoice, emails, and phone calls ignored for 180 days and counting. Still waiting as of 2/26/2026... Multiple attempts to make contact via phone and email has gotten us no where. No response, no reason, no apology, nothing. If you provide services that required a lot of upfront material/labor/logistical costs, prepare to hold out for 6 months or more for compensation...

Sometime around Summer 2025, King & George gave up honoring their contract with the Romano L. Mazzoli Federal Building in Louisville, KY. Our company has performed 15 repairs for them there in 4.5 years without issue. Now however, they're 132 days past due with our most recent repair payment. Countless phone calls and emails of the politest nature from us have resulted in resounding stone cold silence from King & George, completely ignored. This is the same story for all their other vendors at the Romano L. Mazzoli Federal Building. Something major is wrong with King & George.

King George Fleet is way past due paying invoices. We've contacted them several times and when they do answer it's excuse after excuse or saying that there's a check that will be written next week and never arrives. If you are thinking of using them for fleet services don't, they will make your company/municipality look bad. If there's an issue they should at least be honest and let the vendor/customer know instead of leaving them in the dark.

Only gives small amount of the money they owe when they lose a contract and never pay the rest
