I brought my car here after it was wrecked into and it only had one small issue. The right rear wheel was off balance. It was pushed way up into the wells, scraping and touching the body. I had been waiting on insurance to send someone out to look at it for a week when I decided to bring it here and let them fix it and give the bill to insurance so they could cover it. Its been almost 3 weeks, insurance is still in the same place because of the state policy's latency to finalizing the incident report (which is a separate thing) but I really need my car for work. We were passing through on our way to my son’s college graduation when our Yukon started making a strange noise. We stopped by right at closing time, and they still went out of their way to help us. The mechanics and Trena were incredibly kind and helpful. Truly exceptional customer service!

Great place and highly recommended. The mechanics were nice and knowledgeable and were able to work me in for a tire mount, balance, and alignment. I prefer this location over the one nearby in Princeton.
