King Tires and Wheels

I run a private utility locating business where I travel all over the state for work. Meaning I need tires replaced and fixed regularly. I have a “fleet” account with big o who gave me issue over pricing and warranty all morning that caused me to lose work. I looked up this shop. They replaced my tire in less time than it took for my baby to eat a chicken nugget. Literally. They just won all of my future business, and their used tires are affordable.

I came in to get previously purchased tires mounted and balanced to go on my trailer. They charged me $20 per tire then took over 2 hours (i was the only customer) and stripped out a wheel stud. Then just went on to another customer that pulled up never offering to fix it...they messed it up so bad that the stud needed to be swapped out. Definitely will take my business elsewhere next time.

I stopped yesterday afternoon around 3 PM for an old change as they advertised this as a service. The manager asked if I could come back first thing in the morning the next day as he had 2 employees leave early. He gave me a quote and I told him I'd return Tuesday morning. I arrive at 8:10 AM the next morning and the kids working asked me of I brought the oil with me? Excuse me, nobody said anything about me bringing my own oil. So basically I waited over night for nothing and now am heading into Casa Grande to get an oil change. I really wanted to give my business to the little guys in Coolidge but as a result of horrible communication, they wasted my time and my business. First impressions do not get mulligans.

Had a flat and they got me in and out with 10mins and only cost $15. Highly recommend

Very quick, but very attentive. When 2 workers was going too slow, a third one came out to help speed up the process. they also helped us catch another tire going bald before hitting the road back to phoenix!
