First of all I like to think I am very respectful and courteous to all . But respect goes both ways . JJ has a been avoiding me now for some time . I don’t get a quote or a call back . One of his pr mechanics that supposedly is the only one certified for Audi so he says not my words . I noticed he did some sloppy work and now I’ve notice that some parts were not put in correctly by the dealership. I paid around a total over 5k in this dealership to be treated unfairly and feel ignored. Ppl please think twice before you go here . This review is being built up from before till now that my calls don’t get responded or return in a timely manner. I feel JJ needs help or he’s over he’s head .

I’m 18 years old and just bought my first car a 2013 BMW 328i and I knew it was going to need some work. Since I’m in school and only have a part-time job, I was shopping around trying to find fair prices and an honest shop. I brought the car to KingKoupe for a full diagnostic, and the were great. They went through the whole car, gave me a detailed list, and even removed the diagnostic charge because I did some of the repairs they recommended. The guy at the front desk really helped me out after I explained my situation, and the price they gave me was way better than anywhere else I called afterward not even close. I want to give a good shout out to the staff at King Koupe they were so generous. They were fair to me in ways they didnt have to be. JJ was very thorough in explanations when things didnt go as planned but he made sure to show me as well as keeping me comfortable becuase i knew he genuinely was doing all he could to help. They did great work and will bring my BMW NO WHERE ELSE

What a fantastic experience. Our Mercedes had motor mounts installed. The car drives like brand new. But besides that as a new customer we were treated like friends. JJ. Up at the front desk is a gem. He does not push work not needed. But the. Best the sent a video actually showing the parts while explaining what had to be done. The price was reasonable.
