Hector saved my butt, traveling through Kingman in search of mtn biking when I got a brake pad warning on my sprinter van. Hector took me in immediately on a Sunday and replaced all my brakes and rotors. Excellent service, great communication and a real pleasure to meet. I feel so lucky to have found someone with such an excellent work ethic. Price was fair and service was exceptional! I highly recommend Hector for your auto repair needs.

In the midst of a very difficult hospital related time with my spouse, the fan blower motor went out on my Chevy Silverado ( when it rains it pours). This made it difficult to see through condensation on the windows at night. Hector fit me in immediately. When he found two issues, he very kindly split the work, doing only what was necessary so that I could see my husband before they took him in for a procedure. Hector also found one culprit that a previous owner installed that was draining the battery ( known issue to me just not budget for it yet). He took out that after market thing while working. Traveling from Cali to our farm in Kansas with our Dodge Ram 2500 packed to the gills. About 45 miles west of Kingman our truck started shaking violently. With hazard lights blinking we nervously "limped" into Kingman. Our Airbonb host told us about Hector's Auto Repair and the excellent online reviews they had received. It was 10pm on a Friday night and when I looked them up online I was shocked to see that they were still open! I called the number and Hector himself answered! Within 30 mins our truck had been towed to his garage and he called to let us know our truck & belongings were secured in his shop and he would be in touch the next morning. True to his word, the next morning, bright & early he called us and described the disaster that was our tires, rotors, brakes, bearings, etc. H

While driving through Kingman, my check engine light came on and my car started losing power. An incredibly scary experience when you’re a solo female traveler six hours from home and don’t know a single person in the desert. It was a Sunday, and I was worried I wouldn’t make it back in time for work. One of the employees at AutoZone recommended Hector’s Auto Repair, and I’m so grateful they did. Hector was kind, professional, and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain what was going on in a friendly, honest way and got me back on the road quickly.
