Kings Auto Body Shop absolutely knocked it out of the park on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Willys Edition. The quality of the work is outstanding, the Jeep looks amazing, like it never even needed repairs. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall finish were top-tier. On top of that, the customer service was just as impressive. Memo was responsive, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. Honestly, the communication from Kings was better than what I got from my insurance (Geico 👎🏻), and that says a lot. Nightmare scenario happened when someone hit me. I usually take my car to Racecars Unlimited but they don't do body repairs. Cecil recommended me to Kings and I'm really glad I went. They fixed up my Porsche Panamera pretty quickly and were completely transparent throughout the whole process. Got into a minor accident where I got rear ended with slight damage to my rear bumper. Took it up with insurance where Ayed @ Kings handled all the communication with the adjuster and the at-fault party's insurance. He helped me maximize the amount of coverage I could get which helped with some of the other touch up pieces I had asked for. They also redid my driver fender and miscalleanous trim pieces across the entire car that I requested. To finish it off, they even detailed the entire car and buffed out some scratches before giving the car back to me. The paint match and quality is perfect and turned around much faster than expected. Even though King's is 45 minutes away from me, they are the only people I trust to get a paint job. Thanks so much!
