Aidan was very nice, along with everyone I spoke with. It was great that they come to get your car and return it finished without even leaving your home. He was on time, and respectful. I loved the pictures and the breakdown text of everything needed for my car to pass inspection. However, it needed more work than I anticipated and the price’s were so high. Maybe competitive to other businesses, but way too high for me. Example; brakes and rotors x4 with taxes over $1000. I’m going to a smaller garage that charges only $100 for the labor and I bought the parts. I was quoted about $3000 just to pass inspection. Honesty, had an appointment for my truck and they flushed my radiator system and the next day Sharon called me stating they over charged me by $49 because they did not use as much fluid as they thought! I will be definitely be going back for other service! Honesty from a mechanic is hard to find no a days. Thanks, Rick Strunk

I had my first experience working with King’s Auto this week, and frankly it was great. My longtime Mechanic is retiring, and I needed to find another shop. I asked them to do a diagnostic review of my car, with an understanding that I was going to need a timing belt replacement due to the mileage on my vehicle. They sent me a detailed review of over 40 different things they checked, with pictures. There was no pressure in identifying what I should get done and what I could wait on, and the cost of the assessment was very reasonable. They were also forthcoming with the cost for each of the services, so I know the financial impact before I take the car to get the work done.

The people King's are very friendly. More importantly the service provided was top of the line. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs and the cost of the service. I was given a ride home while the repairs were being completed and picked up when the car was ready. I think I finally found a repair shop worth sticking with!

I had my windshield replaced and needed it to be calibrated. The place where I had it replaced only did half the job. Kings Auto cleared my codes and got my stickers back on. The cost was way cheaper than what the dealer was going to charge me. Hundreds of dollars cheaper! Thank you for a great experience.
