Kings Mazda Service Center

Plan on having all service to my car done at the Kings Mazda. Quick getting my appointment for a oil change and getting repair for a open recall on a cooling sensor. SAME DAY!! I was told it would be weeks for the part at the Jeff Wyler Mazda in Batavia. Thank you Tommie for getting me in and out. I even got a loaner car so I did not have to sit at the dealership all day. HIGHLY RECCOMEND THE KINGS MAZDA at the Kings AUTO Mall!

I have been using Kings Mazda service for over 10 years, and have always been satisfied. For this visit, Jason was extremely helpful. He took extra time to explain options and prices. He also provided a loaner car for me while my car was being serviced.

We did not buy our car at kings Mazda but had to take it there for a repair that was under warranty. We did have to buy an oil cap that was missing. No charge for replacing it. We dealt with Tommie and she was awesome. Would definitely recommend kings Mazda.

I brought my vehicle in because the service engine light has been turning on and off every few days. My local mechanic initially evaluated it and suggested it might need a PCM update, along with a few other possible repairs based on the diagnostic codes. Since he did not have the proper equipment to update the software, he recommended I take it to the dealership where we purchased the vehicle. He provided printed documentation outlining the codes and possible fixes. I scheduled an appointment with King’s Mazda and dropped the car off at 9:15 AM, on a Friday. I provided the documentation from the first mechanic in hopes it would assist your technicians. I also requested an oil change. I was told I would receive a text message with a video inspection and be able to approve or decline recomm
