Kings Toyota Service Center

I had an amazing experience with the Kings Toyota service center thanks to Collin D and the entire service team, along with my salesman, JDawg. My new car started having a mechanical issue and honestly, I hesitated to even call the dealership. I figured, what can they really do after I already bought it? Plus, I’m definitely not the type who usually gets my vehicles serviced at the dealership. But I am SO glad I called. JDawg immediately reassured me and got me connected with the service team right away. Collin and his crew were ready, professional, and quick to help. They diagnosed the issue fast and fixed what turned out to be a minor (but very common) problem. The customer service was great. There’s a large waiting room with comfy seats and work stations that had charging stations. Coffee and such is provided. I was told it would be around an hour, and it was over 2 hours. I wasn’t too frustrated since I had nowhere to be. However, if I was needing to be somewhere, this review would have lower star rating from me. It would have helped if someone had informed me that they were running behind and it would be longer than first quoted.

The service team took good care of me. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful! Cory explained everything that my visit entailed and set the tone and expectations. The associate in the rental department made sure the process was simple and easy. The only issue I had was not hearing from Cory when the car was ready. They were so busy that he missed calling me to let me know. However, when I called, he apologized- an honest mistake. Other than that, this was an excellent experience.

During my recent service visit, a screw was found in one of my tires. What could have been a 15-minute repair ended up taking over two hours. Since the wheel was already removed during the tire rotation, it would have been efficient to address the issue immediately and confirm the tire protection coverage at that time. After clarification, the repair was covered under my tire protection plan, which I appreciate. However, the overall process could have been handled more efficiently. I value the service team and simply hope future visits can be more streamlined.

Just picked up a 2024 Toyota Corolla LE and worked with Austin. I already knew what car and the price range I wanted, I appreciated that Austin didn’t waste my time trying to “sell”me on things I didn't need or push for a higher trim. I traded in my lemon that pooped out on me at the worst timing. He was super down to earth, understanding and focused entirely on making the numbers work and getting the paperwork handled quickly. No typical dealership games or hidden nonsense just a straightforward, professional process from start to finish.
