1st time in after my car purchase for scheduled maintenance. Team made every effort to keep me informed and to streamline my service time. Lounge is very comfortable with free beverages, wifi and big screen TV. Logan did a great job including giving me a tour of the Service Operation since it was my first time in. No appointment, but I was quickly in and out. Very satisfied!

Far better than the three Subaru dealerships I’ve dealt with over the past 5 years. If only you’d give me more free stuff. Hahaha Thank you to everyone there. You’ve been great.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 star — and this is being generous Kings Volkswagen’s service department leadership has fundamentally failed, and the General Manager, Jason, owns that failure. Our 2025 Volkswagen ID. Buzz was in an accident in late March/early April and was not returned to us until mid-August. The vehicle sat idle for weeks while parts were already on hand, was disassembled and reassembled far longer than necessary, and was put back together improperly resulting in continuous issues months and likely years down the road.

The biggest problem is management incompetence and zero accountability. Lisa, the Service Manager, was consistently defensive, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. She promised daily updates, failed to deliver, and we only ever received information when we pushed.

Time is important and every time I set an appointment, they are ready to start work. I appreciate that Mike was my service representative and he listened to what I had to share about my vehicle. He has great questions and got back to me quickly with their findings. I appreciate the quick work and I also appreciated the app although it did not work Most of the time so that I could follow along with my cars Progress, but Mike gave me a call to inform me every step of the way.

Everyone at the Kings VW service department is AMAZING! They always go above and beyond to take care of everything I need to keep my vehicle running smoothly. Special shoutout to OWEN M. for his exceptional customer service and making another trip to Kings VW stress-free and relaxing! I will always buy my vehicles from Kings VW! And the coffee/cappuccino/latte machine is FIRE!!
