Kingsman Auto Cave

Went to look at a truck, they had it running before I arrived. It looked good overall and after taking it for a test drive, I turned it off. Upon trying to restart it I found that the battery was pretty much completely dead. They didn't mention this, but were willing to negotiate on the price which was great. Ended up buying the truck which wasin great shape otherwise. They worked with me on payment and were super great there. They're much more pleasant to work with than most dealers I've been to. Would recommend.

My experience with Kingsman Auto Cave has been incredibly frustrating and expensive. I purchased a vehicle from them that broke down just one week after I drove it off the lot, leaving me facing thousands of dollars in unexpected repairs. When I reached out to the dealership, I was disappointed that they refused to offer any kind of refund or meaningful resolution. Instead, I was told to bring the car back so their mechanic could look at it, which didn’t inspire much confidence given the situation. Buying a car should come with at least some peace of mind, but this experience has felt like money down the drain. Purchased a used vehicle here on 11/28 and I love it. From the beginning the dealer was very responsive with any questions I had regarding the vehicle’s history and the sale process. Provided car fax and another form of vehicle info history. Dealer allowed me to test drive and take the vehicle to nearby shop of my choice before purchasing. Only thing that could not be verified was date and mileage of last oil change. Within a few days I took it and got the oil change done. This is day 5 and so far so good.
