I recently brought my Suburban to Kingston Auto & Tire in Hanover for tires, struts, and general maintenance, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I ran over a screw a couple of weeks ago and took my truck in to Kingston Auto and Tire to see about getting it plugged. The team were able to get the tire fixed in very short order. So when I started have a sensor issue with the diesel emissions system, I brought the truck back to have them take a look. They were able to order a replacement sensor and install it the next day. The check engine light is off and the truck is running as good as it ever has.

Kingston Auto was amazing! They answered all my questions promptly and in great detail! The diagnostic report they send you to review is amazing, and I have not seen anything like that at any other Auto shop. They were very accommodating to my schedule and understanding the importance of getting my daily driver back; my vehicle was done the same day!

My car broke down Sunday and they were closed, but they called me at 8am Monday morning and got it in right away. They replaced my CV axle, tie rods, serpentine belt, and did an alignment, and had it all finished by 2:50 the same day which was really impressive. Super fast turnaround and good communication. The car drives a lot better now and everything feels tighter. Everyone was cool and easy to work with. I’d go back again.

Kingston auto Is a great place to bring your vehicle customer service is top-notch with updates calls and text to make sure everything is working properly. Work was done quick and we were even able to get rental car made fixing the car. Super easy. Recommend to anybody.
