This was an excellent service experience. KT&A was recommended to me by a friend, who shared a coupon with me that saved me almost $100 over a dealership service. They were pleasant and cheerful the moment I walked in. Took care of me immediately. It has a comfortable waiting room with large easy chairs. Temperature was great! Not too icy cold. Took care of my oil change and tire rotation with professionalism. I'll be back.

DO NOT COME HERE! INCREDIBY DECEPTIVE! All the one star reviews are absolutely on point. They tried to upsell repairs and claim $1000 in repairs for a 5 hour job and wanted to upsell me for a total of $3300 for shocks along with the original issue. I ended up taking my suv to another repair shop on aldine mail who literally took less than 30 minutes to fix (transmission shift cable popped off and transmission was stuck). I spent more having my SUV towed to the shop and to the other mechanic shop and their diagnostic fee then with the other mechanic (Charged me $50...gave him an additional 50$ tip). I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE...unless you like throwing money away....

I'd like to express my gratitude to the Service Advisor, Mr. Anthony Pete, and the technician who did an outstanding job fixing my flat tire, allowing me to get back on the road quickly. The staff and service were truly excellent.

Charged me $199 an hour to do a simple job. 2 hours. My fault, I should have asked what the rate was. Avoid these clowns.

DO NOT GO HERE. Scammiest automotive shop I've ever been to. Free diagnostic is not free. Got charged $250 for a diagnostic to basically be told yep the OBD error code and my speculation was right. $650 quote to replace Crankshaft Position Sensor (was told "2 hours labor" was book rate and later talked down to .8 hours labor) ...literally a 10 minute job; another local shop verbally quoted ~$300 for the same job (and also OEM part). Shop also told me my new spark plugs were all bad and needed to be replaced for another $330. Will never be back. UPDATE: Got the repair done at Westlake Houston Automotive and paid $100 for a second opinion. My spark plugs were fine (AND NEVER INSPECTED BY KINGWOOD T&A). My total bill for crankshaft repair was $233.66 (including diagnostic fee) -- billed at .
