Posting my review a little late but Gene fixed up my mustang last year. He did an amazing job, I'm super happy with it. I hope I never need auto body work again but if I do, I'm coming right back here. Thank you Gene!

These guys were great, they turned my Tacoma 2007 DBL Cab into an almost a brand new truck. I was very satisfied. They took care of things I didn’t expect. The reason for four star rating is because I felt I was not informed enough. I would have been very pleased if I was put in the loop with my insurance sooner. To resolve it quicker. Other than that I would have given it a 5 star rating. Thank you so much for a wonderful job.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was trying to ask Gene if he would work on my daughter’s car and for some reason he was rude then lied to me saying he was going to talk to Tri County Collision and call me back. He talked to Mike at Tri County but never called me back!! Gene told me they’re backed up with repairs until September and instead of being grateful to have a thriving business, he’s clearly overwhelmed and his attitude is terrible. His secretary seems to share his attitude as well. She even had the audacity of asking me why my daughter wouldn’t just buy a new car. So I explained to her that she didn’t want car payments and that sales taxes and interest rates are high now thanks to living in Illinois!!
