We used our roadside assistance through our insurance to request a tow, thankfully because we had just purchased the car and unfortunately it was sold to us with a bad clutch, so we were repairing it. My son expressed concern to me about how the vehicle was loaded but I didn’t think anything of it. We later received a call from the guy who loaded the vehicle, who asked my son if we had screwed the tow mechanism in all the way on the front of the vehicle. My son advised that we hadn’t done anything to vehicle at all. He then informed us that they used the tow hitch to lower the vehicle and that it ripped out of the vehicle, the vehicle fell off the truck, and received significant damage. He profusely apologized. This is possibly the greatest tow company I have used to tow anything. They towed my 96 Ford Bronco where others said they couldn't. They towed my 2010 E250 with no complaints even when it dumped oil on the roll back (I did clean it because I felt bad). Both of my drivers where professional, friendly, and showed up exactly where I wanted them and on time or early to when I need them there! I will be using this company from further on for every towing or recovery need that I will have in the future James and Ashton are the best!!!

If you want to deal with a towing company that actually respects you and your vehicle this is who to call. Everyone that I had to deal with was beyond polite respectful helpful and so very AMAZING!!!! Very quick to respond. And more than happy to answer any question I might have had. Also recommend an amazing mechanic for me. Hands down these are the people I will be calling if I ever need a tow again
