Kintzel Motors

Was stranded in the area due to a shredded serpentine belt. Called at least 8 places and nobody could help. Kintzel Motors was the only one around who could help on a Saturday. They towed me from the truck stop, diagnosed the problem, had the belt in stock, and fixed everything at an unbelievable pace. I was up and running again in exactly an hour and 22 minutes from the time I called. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again for your help when I really needed it!

I want to first start out by saying I asked this garage to call me before working on anything but they went behind me and balanced my tires anyway but that was not the issue at this time they ended up charging me 50$ when I asked them not to work on anything, to call first but no one called. I've never left a review of any kind anywhere however I feel this garage needs to be none as the worst service in pine grove pa. I called Tuesday and asked if I could bring my car in over the weekend, but they seemed very nice and said they could take a look at it wesnday morning before 3:30 so I dropped it off at 8:30 am on wensday, waited for them to call all day but nope no call so I decided to call them and I let the phone ring fully until it went to voice mail twice and still no one picks up the p

I was traveling from PA to S.C on a Saturday morning when my truck over heats. I had to have it towed. There aren't many shops open on Saturday morning. This place was. Dean was the mechanic that worked on my truck. He needs a substantial raise. He could have raked me over the coals. He fixed my truck and had me back on the road in less than an hour. He is honest, kind and he even made me laugh during a very stressful situation. Dean from Kintzel Motors and Chris from Kaufmanns Towing. I highly recommend both business'! My son bought his first financed car from kintzels. Right off the bat the car left him sit along the freeway. They took the car back and did some work in it. Totally unprofessional. The mechanic broke the handle on the oil dipstick and jerry rigged it with a drywall screw. Most importantly the car still overheated and lost heat in the cab. Although they seemed to want to fix the problem i believe the seriousness of the issue was beyond them. It went back a second time and immediately after picking it up it overheated again. Ill be speaking to my lawyer very shortly. They dont want to spend the money to make it right but there is no way im letting my son get screwed like this.
