I came here today accidentally because I was going back home from Coop to get something with my tire so flat. And I still had to used it which is not good( I know and I’m aware)😅 However, I stop at the gas station near here to look for tire air gas machine which they only have for vacuum cleaners. Felt so worried while running the car but when I see here and sign and this guy name Lorenzo came in me without a doubt and quickly stand up! Like, he’s ready to help my needs🥹Entertained and says what’s the problem. That moment passed by was the most amazing car service I got from this guy which I am very thankful 🥹 I know I only need to put air in my car. But huge thanks to him is all made me happy and overwhelmed.

Lifesavers. Last month my fiancé and I had our brakes replaced, and unbeknownst to us, the mechanics who worked on our car never fully installed the hardware. Fast forward to tonight at midnight, our brakes completely stop working while we’re on the road. Luckily, we were at the Marathon right across the road from Kinzie Service Center and someone was right outside. He was very very nice, and was able to help us get our brakes fixed no problems. We will be coming here every time in the future.
