My 2025 Tahoe was brought in by the dealer for paint correction due to factory paint dimples. What should have been a straightforward repair has turned into a nightmare of ongoing issues. The shop has now worked on the vehicle three separate times, and each visit has resulted in additional damage rather than improvement. The paint has developed new chips and scratches, the clear coat has been compromised, and the overall finish is noticeably worse than when I first brought it in. In addition, the paint protection film (PPF) was damaged during the most recent repair process. Instead of preserving the integrity of the vehicle, the repeated work has diminished it. I have been bringing my cars to Kirkwood Autoworx for several years now, and I won't be going anywhere else! They always do great work, finish the job quickly, and for a very reasonable price. And I'm always greeted by friendly staff and a clean shop. I recently brought my car in for new brakes and rotors on all four wheels, and even though they had to order parts they still got the job done in less than 24 hours, saving me a massive headache since I had to take the car on a trip the day after I dropped it off.

My husband and I love this place. The staff is very friendly and as a woman I never feel like I'm being screwed over for lack of knowledge. The prices are reasonable and they've even given my husband a lift home before since we live so close. I always refer people here!

If there were six or more stars as an option, that’s what I would give. Clint the owner, Brent, the auto body estimator, and everyone else I came in touch with there - over-the-top fabulous! Including the nice man who took extra time in rubbing out a smudge on one of my headlights. And I was there at the end of the day to pick up my car, when you would think people would be tired and itching to go home. Not the case. The difficult bodywork they did on my car turned out better than I’d hoped. I wasn’t even looking for perfect, but that’s what I got. Add to that one of the best car washes I’ve ever had! These guys are great!!!

On our out of state road trip two days ago, we came in with our Toyota Sequoia and a check engine light blaring. These folks were swamped but were kind enough to do a diagnostic and said we were safe to travel. Peace of mind ! Thank you for helping us! We made home.
