Worst business ever. Absolutely do not use this place. This guy will give every excuse in the book as to why he isn’t fixing your vehicle. Going on 4 months now to get transmission fixed and still not done. Have heard many others with similar problems. Do not recommend.

This guy does not stand by his word, he "fixed" the transmission in my sons truck it messed up less than a month after finally getting it back and now he is giving excuse after excuse of why it's taking him over a month to fix it right! There's always a ill have it done this day, that day comes and it's another give me until this day, over and over while my son is having to find rides to and from work so he doesn't lose his job. He's 18 just graduated last year and I feel like this guy is taking advantage of him

Worst place I've ever been. Took 3 months to fix my engine. Kept telling me it'd be "just another week" I wouldn't have cared if it took 3 months if he was just honest instead of giving me the run around. Seems he plays favorites with people he likes so i guess suck up to him if you want your car fixed in a decent timeframe.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!! Never use this place!! Got a transmission rebuilt, which took forever; it had a fluid leak on the back of the pan because instead of getting the proper seal for it he used black gasket maker. Took it back to get that fixed and he said it needed a new pan, which it didn't. It was there a few weeks and he wouldn't answer calls or messages. Drove over there to check on it and it still wasn't ready. One of his employees yelled at my mom for no reason so we got the truck and took it somewhere else. It took over 3 hours to get the gasket maker off, it was all down in the pan and the filter was pretty much completely clogged.

Worst transmission shop in Arkansas. Biggest waist of time, and money. Save yourself the headache and just don’t. Purchased 2 (stage 4) transmissions from this business for $3,000 a peice, offered a 1 year or 12,000 mile warranty, both transmissions had failure within 6 months. when the time came he tried to charge me for a “warranty” job and only partially fix the transmission. Later on was informed bye a reputable builder, that the parts he advertised to me were not the parts used! Horrible business and customer service!
