Did a great job repairing my vehicle which had a big dent on the driver side. Worked great with my insurance and got everything done in a timely manner. I do wish I would have gotten a little more communication. It was my insurance that told me they would have my car till the following Friday, which I found out by calling my insurance to let them know I needed to keep the rental car longer since I hadn't heard back yet from Kissimmee Collision Center. And when the Friday came I called them to verify it was ready for pickup. They were very busy though, and they were a LOT better at timeliness than Caliber Collision was. That is why I give them a 5 star because even though I do believe the communication needs some work, they did what they said they would do in a timely manner at a fair price

This is my second vehicle that I have brought to Kissimmee Collision Center. Both times, they were extremely friendly and professional. The work that they have completed on both of my vehicles have been superb (not to mention, the paint jobs have been spot on!) They have gained a loyal customer because of the work they do. Thank you all for making me fall in love with my vehicle again!

They replaced a rusted door panel on the driver’s side. The installation and the blending of the paint job to the rest of the car is so good you cannot tell it was replaced. The business owner was very professional and friendly. He explained everything in detail in advance. I felt confident they would do a quality job. They did not disappoint.

Excellent service. My vehicle was serviced and finished within days not weeks! Friendly environment and no cost to me. Insurance paperwork was processed and even car rental company picked me up within minutes of my vehicle inspection. All thanks to Kissimmee Collision Center! Highly recommend!

I had an accident and a needed to repair my car and this guys of Kissimmee Collision Center helped me out in everything!!! They called the tow truck and even they gave me a loaner car for free. Super friendly people. My car is Perfect now, and it last less than a week to fix it. Definitely recommend
