Kitchens Garage Wrecker Service

This is where my vehicle was towed after it was wrecked. The lot was full of damaged vehicles, but the on-site team were very helpful and I was able to get to my car and survey the damages.

I made a post earlier today and before I found out more info it was already responded too. I couldn't respond so I just deleted it to start over. Christmas night Bibb Sheriff office helped me tremendously I was in a dangerous situation, although my grandkids toys were inside my vehicle when it was towed I didn't see them when I got my vehicle back . I never accused Bibb county nor Kitchens i wasnt sure who did what so i spoke to Bibb and they advised they secured the items until pivkes up, they gave great customer service to me it was just stressful situation and I found the specific gift I was concerned about wedged between my trunk and custom speakers later today while loading a TV. Almost hit us while on the road because they are driving in the middle of the lane! Weaving and bobbing. Y'all might the reason ppl are wrecking.

Communication with office and initial call was great, response time was excellent and speedy. Tow truck operator was excellent, professional, and proficient. Fast, smooth, safe, and affordable. Would highly recommend.

Dispatch lady is the bomb and she needs a raise! Helped us tow our Camry 3 times. She was quick, friendly and fast. Josh was great also. Pleasure to work with and super helpful. I recommend kitchens every time. They always answer, show up on time, and make a bad time less bad.
