Great experience, highly recommended. I took my 2013 Mercedes C300 in when my check engine light, abs light and loss of traction control light came on after I lost power on the freeway. Kiwi’s diagnosed a defective speed sensor and called me with updates, like cost and availability of parts and labor. I got my car back the very next day, fully repaired and cheaper than what was estimated! Kiwis was very transparent from beginning to end and I’m very happy with their service.

I had taken my vehicle to countless other repair shops that couldn’t figure out or fix the issue with my steering column. Kiwi Repair identified the problem right away and were able to take my car in promptly. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process- clear, thorough, and easy via both text and email. Their rates are very fair, and on top of that, they are genuinely friendly and wonderful people to work with. Will be returning to them from now on, and highly recommend!

These guys are totally stunning and amazing. They do super high-quality work and have an extremely high sense of personal responsibility. I was passing through Santa Barbara visiting family and had some concerns about my brake pads but I wasn’t sure. I fired up Google and saw all the great reviews for Kiwi and really appreciated their online scheduling Mechanism. Made an appointment and then shortly after I got a phone call from the owner following up on details about my vehicle so they could order the necessary parts in time for the appointment. Kiwi's was recommended to me by my retired mechanic & they've been super reliable for some bigger jobs on my truck. They are kind and communicative and super patient for a gal who asks a lot of questions and has a pretty limited knowledge about the ins and outs! Bob is really pleasant to talk to, and the team has always been willing to show me exactly what they're working on and explain it in layman's terms. They seem to really care about the quality of their work and I really appreciate their consistency and fairness in pricing as well as their honesty and friendliness. For smaller jobs they are super efficient to boot. I highly recommend their services, especially if you drive an older vehicle, you'll be in great hands.
