Not worth the 6 dollar best wash on Monday. Post wash pictures.

We have been using this car wash since it was built and have previously gotten clean vehicles as a result, even with just a basic wash. We drove my truck in yesterday afternoon, 4/19/25, and selected the basic wash to remove pollen. The brush that does the hood and top of the vehicle did not engage correctly so the hood of the truck did not come clean.The high pressure alone leaves lines of dirty areas. We had other errands to run so it was not noticed immediately. I'm not sure if the top brush is no longer available with the basic wash or it was just a glitch.

Hardly any vacuums worked & only 2 stalls were open to wash the car. I love the section to wash ur dogs tho. It's pretty handy

4 minutes for $1 at the vacuum. How did I have to put in 3$ for the first 4 minute? Just keep taking money and no one to resolve the issue 6-7$ for 8 minutes at vacuum. So then I had to rush to wash the car. Didn’t even get the vacuum the trunk.

We used this place to wash our cars and used the dog wash all the time in the past. But now the dog wash is has really went downhill. Called the owner left message on voicemail about the time was continuing on my card. NO RESPONSE. Left a text message NO RESPONSE. The owner don't care about the customer, so I'm done with this place. I will gladly go somewhere else.
