We had the BEST experience with this dealership!! My daughter just turned 18 and needed a good vehicle for a long commute to work and school. We were shopping around and this was our second stop. The first place we went to were the typical shady salesman. I started communicating with John Denton at klement ford of meunster to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot before we showed up. I explained to him our situation and I could tell that he wasn’t the typical salesman. We arrived and immediately felt like we were being treated with respect and felt that John was very genuine. He explained that The financing manager wasn’t able to come in that day because of an emergency surgery but wanted us to still see the vehicle, test drive, etc. We took a few days to still shop around and narrow

From the moment we visited the dealership for the first time until we were able to take delivery of our new vehicle, the entire experience was pleasant and flawless! Excellent service! Scott was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Johnny Denton in sales was also extremely helpful. He wasn’t pushy, very knowledgeable about the product and was more than willing to help me find the exact truck that best fit my needs. I would definitely recommend this dealership, absolutely worth the drive!
Went in to look at a Chevy sonic and left with a Cadillac SRX. Not even mad because this is a sweet ride. They were extremely kind, test drive went great, and I can’t complain about the price. Financed this 2015 with them through USAA and it all went smoothly. They even figured out the taxes, titling, and registration for where I live and are including that in the loan. 10/10 would recommend anyone going there who’s had bad experiences at other dealerships
