Great customer service and hospitality, but hiccups with the repairs made this experience less than what I expected. I initially came in for a side mirror repair, and was provided great communication with a quote the same day. Once we agreed on the repair, I was given 2 estimates, and I dropped the car off. However, afterwards I was given a new price that was 100 dollars more than what was agreed upon (and what my insurance reimbursed me for) due to the original materials not being "available." I expressed my concerns and they eventually lowered the cost but I still paid 40 dollars more than my first two quotes. This was one reason that I could not give 5 stars. Ryan, Devaughn, and everyone at G&C treated me as an important part of their customer base. Frequent updates on the status, complimentary drop off of the rental car and overall customer care (not just service) is the reason I would recommend them and would take my car there if necessary.

Recommended by my insurance for a accident, G and C auto freak in Rocks!!! very professional, top quality work great employees, they will go above and beyond to make me happy, while the repairs were being done we had to leave the state for a family emergency, they agreed to keep my car safe at their shop until we returned, they could of charged us a storage fee but were nice enough to hold the car. I hope to not need a body shop again but if i do they will be my first choice and if anyone i know needs body work i will recommend them to anyone
