Outstanding service from start to finish. I brought my Lexus GX470 in for routine maintenance including an oil change, tire rotation, and transmission service, and the experience was excellent all around. The team was professional, transparent, and clearly knows what they’re doing. They took great care of my truck, explained everything clearly, and the work was done efficiently.It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. I had an issue with my Toyota running rough with multiple intermittent misfire codes for the last couple years. I’ve had numerous shops try to diagnose the issue. So far I’ve replaced the catalytic converter, two ignition coils, spark plugs and the mass airflow sensor - all which were recommended repairs. I’ve spent a lot of time and money dealing with shops appearing to just throw parts at the problem and nothing fixed the issue. I finally researched shops that specialize only on Toyota and Lexus and came across KLT Automotive. I made an appointment and dropped off my car. A few hours later I received a phone call about my car. They told me that they isolated what they thought the issue was. Miguel and his staff are outstanding. He's very honest about work that should be done immediately ( ie leaking water pump) or issues that need to be watched.
