Would not return even if 3rd time was the charm. Brought a 2006 Scion XB for power steering fix. Needed pump and belt...supposedly. Paid more than quoted by almost $100 the first trip. Left with squeaking belt. Called back and was told to grease the belt. Of course I asked if I should check my blinker fluid too, sarcastically. Within the week, it threw the power steering belt off and almost under drove the serp belt off for the other main accessories. Took it back and warranted for another new pump and belt. Paid again. Even tipped this time in hopes of a knowledgeable person completing the job correctly. Picked up car after they finished with now no squeaking belt but about $700 into labor with them. 2 weeks later it threw the belt again. I'd be the fool to come back again and waist more

I had an excellent experience getting my oil changed here! The service was quick, professional, and at a very fair price. On top of that, the staff were friendly and made the visit even better with great conversation. It’s refreshing to find a place that not only does a great job but also makes you feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend!

I've have been going to this place for over 20 years. YES 20 years, they are by far the BEST at what they do. Are they the cheapest NO, but I promise you will get the best. They're honest, they don't use shit parts, and if somethings not right they fix it. Don't think for a second drop off your vehicle and give them the opportunity. Hands down the best people I've ever dealt with. I live almost an hour away now and I still take them my vehicles no matter what! Tell them Zac sent you! You won't regret it I promise!!!!

I was happy with Ken and Marc auto business. I was having so much fuel issues with my Ford Fusion and couldn’t figure it out and truly was about to give up. I had a shop 6 months ago work on my vehicle and who I thought fixed my car fuel issue but in actuality they cause more problems to occur. K&M took my car in an actually fixed properly. Prices were fair. I trust them. Car drives a thousand times better.
