My son needed an affordable vehicle in a hurry. KN was very helpful in finding what he needed--no "up-selling" or pressure. He found the type of vehicle that he wanted at a price he could afford. The owner was great. He provided the full vehicle history carfax report, pointed out that it would need tires soon, and gave him a great deal.

I inquired about a vehicle they were selling with cash in hand ready to buy it. They were polite at first answering my first couple questions but once I got to the 3rd question they quit responding to me. I assume they are selling junk vehicles and upon realizing I actually knew about cars they were no longer interested in showing me the vehicle. I guess it's hard to rip off people that actually know what they're looking at. I would avoid these crooks at all costs.

Salesmen was very nice and not pushy. Was upfront and honset. Versus other larger dealers we went too he was the best. Unfornitally the Odyssey sold before we could decide but will be back for other vehicals. A++

My husband and I live in Wayne County and were searching for a Prius to buy. We checked Canton, Akron, and other "bigger" or more "local to us" areas without success or with overpriced vehicles. We then found two Prius' for sale in Millersburg at KN Auto Sales. Upon arrival, the owner was helpful in getting us keys, allowing us to test drive, and he even let us take the vehicle we were interested in to a local shop of our choice -which was family auto. We had an old car we offered as a trade in. They offered $300 for the car, which after some discussion ended up getting $700. He then listed it for $1,700, which is fine -I understand the shop needs to make money... It was just disappointing that the other man low balled us. Only other complaint is that the owner claimed there was another

Be aware. I asked this business about the pricing on a vehicle, because it was $1500 over NADA, and I was told that they don't owe me any explanation. I had assumed that there was a reason, not implying anything negative. The owner got confrontational with me and told me that he wasn't forcing me to buy anything. Right, and I will not EVER consider buying anything from this person. It is not OK to be confrontational with your potential customers and it is apparent that he is price gouging his customer base.
