Knapp Auto Repair was the best mechanic that I have had in a long time. A few weeks ago when my battery died in my apartment garage, they drove to my apartment and drove my car for me to their auto repair shop. That was above and beyond to come to my apartment and assess my car in the garage. They even did a once over on other parts of my car and offered repair options but did not pressure me to get anything else done with them besides a battery exchange. The pricing was also very fair and they kept me updated the whole time. I would recommend them to anyone!

I just moved here from California and needed to get my Tesla tires rotated. The owner, Robert and his team were fantastic from start to finish! They treated me like family and took excellent care of not only my Tesla, but all three of our cars. The whole shop has a warm, family vibe, everyone is friendly, accommodating, and genuinely trustworthy. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so comfortable leaving your car in their hands. We’ll definitely be bringing all our cars here from now on.

Great service and very trusting team. Most shops and dealerships try to hassle, overcharge and sell you repairs you do not need. Robert and his team took care of my Audi in no time. Highly recommend.

Took my Audi Q5 in and Knapp was incredible. Called ahead and got a quote over the phone. Brought it in and they Fixed it same day and had great conversation with the owner Robert while I waited. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
