My entire family and I use KNB for all of our vehicle needs. They are trustworthy, fairly priced, and do great work. Everyone is always friendly and they explain the work they need to do, why it is necessary to do it, and they give a fair price. We have used KNB for a few years now and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Mark, the owner, is very kind and always works to keeps clients happy. He and his team do a phenomenal job! Couldn't recommend them more!

Did a $1400 "tune up" on my car. Then I needed a battery. The car bucked and was never the same. Car died, called AAA and they said the battery was dead. Brought it back and they said it was fine but "if the battery was dead they corks send it out and have it looked at" ...I need to have my car? I came there, threw$1400 and I have a dead car. Don't ever go here

I had an electrical glitch going on with my dashboard cluster gauges, power windows, door locks, mirrors and aftermarket stereo system all sparatically shutting down and coming back on my 05 Silverado. My stereo guys recommended that I take it to Mark at KNB. I dropped it off 2 times when the problem occured, both times it went back to normal when Mark went to bring it in to diagnose the problem. The third time it happened I dropped it off as they gave me a standby spot. Lucky for me that time gave him the opportunity to scan it while in a fail mode. He contacted me a short time later letting me know what was going on along with a video showing and explaining the issue. It ended up being a faulty pin in the harness to my stereo system. I was pretty relieved to say the least and his service
