Honesty, integrity, and quality: An update on my repair experience. This is an update to my earlier review, which was written prior to getting my repaired vehicle returned. This update reflects the final quality of the repairs and the communication throughout the process. Honesty, integrity, and quality. Those three words summarize my repair experience with Kniesel's Collision. I specifically want to call out the outstanding customer experience afforded to me by the shop manager, Steve, as well as his assistant manager, Adam. A few pine cones smashed my back window and left some dents on my hood and trunk (yes, seriously pine cones). I am not entirely convinced that Kniesel’s didn’t just replace my car with a new one—BEAUTIFUL job!! Their team was quick, communicative, and friendly. The work obviously speaks for itself too, just look at the pictures. I certainly wasn’t planning on taking my car in, so it was admittedly pretty dirty inside and out when they got it. When I picked my car up today, not only was the outside stunning, but I was pleasantly surprised (and so grateful!!) that their team had beautifully cleaned/detailed the inside too. 10/10 recommend them. Excellent customer service and flawless repair work! Victor was professional and kind, he proactively communicated with me every step of the way, the repair is flawless and they delivered my car back to me cleaned, with a full charge and they obtained a new key card for me when mine broke while in transit. Can’t say enough good things! Customer for life!
